“ My fav spot of all time, everything is halal, the cafe itself is so clean and cute. Music is not too loud, big space at the back, perfect for a cute study session, catch up or even a solo date. Staff are always beyond lovely. Best matcha I’ve ever had. Never disliked anything I’ve ever got from here & the ghibli bathroom is sooooo cute. The iced Spanish matcha with butterscotch syrup btw, perfection ”

“ I’ll preface this by saying that I’m not the biggest fan of coffee however since getting married I’ve had to visit more and more places due to my wife. My wife said the coffee at Hisashi is great. She ordered the iced latte with creme brulee syrup. They roast their own Beans weekly which already puts them ahead of the majority of the generic shops that we see on the high street. I tried the ice cream with the Espresso shot and it was amazing. Definitely give it a go even if you don’t like the flavour of coffee as I was pleasantly surprised. Customer service was exceptional which would be another reason to go back to Hisashi. From a decor and design perspective, the place stands out as you don’t see this style often in the UK. If I was student again, I would’ve studied there. ”
“ I’ve seen this coffee shop for a while, thought it looked a bit boujie for ilford but I stepped in for a quick coffee fix and a scrumptious looking carrot cake. Oh my goodness! As a baker all I cake say it was 10/10. In fact I’m even thinking of going there right now, the cappuccino hit the spot too! Will definitely be back! ”

The interior is very nice and I enjoy working from there occasionally. I definitely recommend popping in! Only recommendation is as I have a toddler they should have more toddler seats ”

Would recommend the chicken slider it is amazing. If you want to park your car, there is a CitiPark nearby, just 2 minutes walking distance. ”
